Items listed in the SHOP are available with pre-paid shipping and postage added at check out.

All handcrafted soaps and candles are single or small batch orders made on order.

All bespoke items requested are issued with a manual invoice with convenient payment options provided and items are sent once payment commitment has been received.

We prepare and carefully package every order to ensure your handmade items arrive safely.

Processing Times

• Ready-made items: Shipped within 5 business days.

• Small batch items: Shipped within 2 weeks.

• Custom/made-to-order items: Shipped within 2 - 4 weeks.

• Note: Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order, not the delivery time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

• Standard Shipping:

  • Small Parcel - £ 3.95 2 to 3 working days

  • Medium Parcel - £ 5.85 2 to 3 working days

• Express Shipping: On special request
